Biography
Panos Dendrinos is a professional photographer who specializes in travel & tourism photography and reportage, landscape and wildlife photography. In his work he has being using also low altitude aerial photography with the use of R/C helicopters, a method that recently has found many applications worldwide. His work (photographs and/or full articles) has been published in newspapers, magazines and specialized publications. Apart from publishing agencies, Panos Dendrinos has been providing his services for clients from the tourism industry, advertising companies and local and international organizations.

He studied biology at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and the subject of his doctoral thesis was the study of the ecology and behavior of the Mediterranean monk seal Monachus monachus, which is one of the rarest mammals on the planet. This study has been carried out with the use of specialized audio-video techniques, such as infrared and automated photo and video cameras. This long-term study has being supported by the Greek NGO MOm/Hellenic Society for the Study and Protection of the Monk Seal.

He is a full member of the Union of Press Photographers of Greece, the Collective Society of Greek Photographers "Phoebus", the RCAPA (Remote Control Aerial Photography Association), the Hellenic Zoological Society and founding member of the Greek NGO MOm/Hellenic Society for the Study and Protection of the Monk Seal.
